What are your opening hours?

Opening hours are generally 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) including lunch time plus occasional Friday mornings.

I am a nervous patient – how can you help?

We will make you as comfortable as possible by the use of local anaesthetics, often in the form of a flavoured gel. We also offer sedation for nervous patients.

Do you offer sedation?

Yes. Intravenous sedation is a safe, effective option for anyone who is nervous. You will be very relaxed during the treatment and afterwards you will feel drowsy and will not remember much about your visit. You will need to arrange someone to take you home and stay with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer payment by debit or credit card at the time of treatment. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee if we have to send an invoice.

I need to postpone my appointment. What should I do?

If you need to postpone your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your appointment time to someone else who may require urgent treatment.
